She could teach a master class in customer service. She was gracious, attentive, knowledgeable, and committed to ensuring that every detail was handled with care—even before I arrived at the hotel. That exceptional service continued throughout our stay. "Es un 10/10. La ubicación es ideal. El hotel es moderno, con bar, zonas comunes con mucha onda. Tiene un restó de sushi con terraza espectacular, con vista al Capitolio.
