« Unfortunately, it's apparent that Webb's Resort needs some significant help. We selected this place due to its promixity to Chautauqua Institute -- but that was really the only thing going for it, beyond the staff. Things are deteriorating. The hallway from the main lobby to the rooms was filthy and obviously hadn't been washed in a long time. The continental breakfast was pretty much non-existent -- only 1 lonely banana and a few apples. Cereal and milk, no yogurt, no pastries -- just packaged...

« This place is a GEM. My room was absolutely spotless. I was able to have a delicious meal on the expansive patio on a beautiful summer day...add the glass of wine and a good book, and the experience was just about perfect. The bedding was comfortable and luxurious, supportive for my lower back. The staff with whom I interacted were simply wonderful. Kind, accommodating, helpful, truly exceptional. I would not hesitate to stay at The White Inn again! I'd give it ten stars if I could! »
