"The concierge/front desk staff was incredible. Room was clean and in great order. The only hit was not having the option to stream or cast to the tv in the room. Overall, wonderful two night stay. "

"We stayed in the backstage trailers. They were so clean and comfortable. Right next to Fenway which makes the experience so much better. The property is well maintained and the staff were so helpful. There were some critters running around outside, but to be expected in the city. Lots of kids around, so family friendly. Would stay again!"

"The hotel is ok...I usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express across the street, but they were full. A few issues with my stay included: the front desk allows a homeless man to sit on the couch and watch TV for hours in the evening. The man is not clean and smells really bad. When I first checked in, I had to wait for my room assignment and the front desk suggested I wait in the lobby. I naturally sat down on the couch in front of the counter and when I sat down I smelled this horrible filthy smell. It smelled like a rotten animal. I then moved to a different area of the lobby. Later that night when I went out to my vehicle I noticed a very unclean and unkept man sitting in the same spot on the couch. When I return 5 hours later, they same guy was sitting in the same spot and I realized that was the source of the smell that I had experienced during my check-in. While I appreciate the hotel empathizing with the man's condition, why don't you call social services and get him the help he needs vs allowing him to sit in your lobby for hours where there are little children and families all around? The other thing is I stayed on the 4th floor, and it took forever to get hot water to my shower. It seems the hotel doesn't have circulating hot water (which most hotels do) and thus you wait about 10 minutes for hot water to the room. The staff was very friendly. My room was clean. Lots of fresh towels in the bathroom. The homeless situation in the lobby needs fixing."

"I don't know how I missed the fact that this place is literally built on top of I-90, so I'll take the blame for that one. However, the SMELL in this room was absolutely wild. There was an overwhelming, headache-inducing burning plastic odor in the room--reminded me of the smell from when an airplane goes through de-icing. The smell lingered on my clothes after I returned home. Apparently it was from the curtains? Smell aside, the stay felt overpriced for the quality of the hotel. I did stay for the marathon though, so I can't speak for the pricing of a normal weekend. I did not utilize the breakfast option as I doubted the breakfast buffet options would be worth the $20 price when a dunkin, starbucks, and local corner shop were a stone's throw away. One benefit from the stay was the bus stop across the street that allowed for easy public transportation access into the city. "
