"The garage parking wasn't explained well, because when I left I was stuck at the pay point that asked for my ticket that I handed to the front desk the day before. They said I wouldn't need it. So I inserted a card and a charge was displayed then the gate and garage door opened for me. I suppose the charges will be deducted from the $200 plus $31 that is charged at check in."

Waited for the manager to come and help. The whole process that took 30 minutes to get checked in. The hallway and rooms are very loud late at night with banging doors. "
