« It was a very nice place to stay for our one night in Hana. This was our 2nd time on Maui and decided to make Hana a two day excursion. We did the back road to Hana again and beat all the traffic. Left our loud and crowded Kannapali hotel at 6AM and found ourselves soon driving in quiet Up Country and then onto volcanic desert like landscape when at times not even seeing another car for 30mins. In coming we drive from the volcanic landscape into jungle. Hung out at Hamoa beach for a sec and...

« Talk about a wonderful experience. Upon arrival we met "The Twins" for a quick tour of the cottage we would call home for the next eight days. « Maison très bien située, centre de paia a pied . Un peu en retrait de la route donc très calme. Tout l'équipement nécessaire est disponible sur place. Jacque la propriétaire est très réactive, et arrangeante. Peut être la literie un peu trop molle . Nécessaire d'avoir une voiture. »

« This space was an absolute dream. Even in some of the nicest vacation rentals I've stayed in, I don't necessarily feel compelled to hang out \*in\* a lodging space (especially on a place like Maui). But hanging out on the screened porch was honestly one of the favorite parts of my whole trip. The host was incredibly kind, available, and accommodating. Honestly can't think of any improvements to the experience, although I'm not sure why Expedia (not the host) highlights that the space has a hot...

"Bonjour, Je souhaite vous faire part de notre déception concernant notre récent séjour dans votre établissement. Tout d’abord, étant membre Gold, nous avons été surpris de constater que des frais supplémentaires nous ont été facturés, dépassant le montant normalement dû pour les resort fees. Cette situation nous a semblé incohérente avec le statut et les avantages associés. De plus, durant notre séjour, il y a eu un dégât d’eau provenant de la chambre au-dessus de la nôtre. Nous avons dû gérer et nettoyer la situation nous-mêmes, ce qui a grandement affecté notre expérience. Nous avions également mentionné que ce séjour marquait notre 15e anniversaire. Malheureusement, aucune attention particulière ni geste de reconnaissance n’a été offert, ce qui a été décevant compte tenu de l’occasion. Finalement, lors de notre repas au restaurant de l’hôtel, l’entrée et le plat principal ont été servis en même temps, et les deux étaient froids. Cette expérience ne correspond pas au niveau de service attendu dans un établissement de votre catégorie. Nous souhaitions vous partager ces éléments afin que vous puissiez en prendre connaissance et améliorer l’expérience client. Nous espérons qu’un suivi pourra être fait concernant cette situation."
