"I would use this place again. It is conveniently located the main attractions and walking distance to everywhere in Matsumoto I wanted to visit. The staff were very helpful! Although the parking here is not free and it’s ¥1,000 per day, when I couldn’t find parking, one of the staff went into the rain with me to help find me find a spot for my car. Incredible customer service. The room looks a little run down but it serves its purpose. Loved that it has a fridge. No microwave though which was sad. Overall, I would recommend and come here again!"

"We had a very pleasant stay, the location is excellent—conveniently situated near Matsumoto Station and within easy walking distance of Matsumoto Castle, restaurants, and shopping areas. It made exploring the city incredibly easy. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There was a good variety of delicious The only minor downside was that the public bath tended to be quite crowded, especially during the evenings."
