« It was a great spot to stay during graduation. We enjoyed the views and option to be able to be away from all the hustle and bustle on campus. Being on resort with the option of going to the restaurants was very nice and the owner was very good to work with. »

« The host, Matt, was absolutely great communicating and helping with everything we asked or needed. The property was perfect for what our family needed. The only exception was that the handicap bathroom did not have a raised toilet nor safety rails for the toilet. The location allowed easy access to Colonial Williamsburg and other points of interest in the area. The staff at the resort was always gracious and helpful, and the resort amenities were enjoyable. We will definitely want to stay there...

« Very helpful host. Really cute apartment and comfortable bed. Just needs a floor lamp between sofa and chair because the ceiling light is so bright and the remote to lower the light wasn’t working. It was decorated SO cute and we really enjoyed the private outdoor deck! Everything we needed was provided and it was great to be able to walk to all the shops and still be only a couple blocks from the beach. Couldn’t have been a better location!! We had a wonderful stay! »

« Overall it was a great stay. The check-in process was as smooth as I would have liked (and the communication overall was a little tough because it is two different phases - rental through Evolve which was totally fine) and then check-in and stay through owner of property and that wasn't great. I just didn't feel it could be counted on, but I did manage to get an earlier check-in time approved, which was nice. The other issue is the listing doesn't make clear that you cannot use the Kingsmill...
