Welcome to Sand Dollar Cove at Kingsmill! Enjoy a relaxing stay in this gated, private community. This neighborhood boasts walking trails, playgrounds and access to the beach of the James River, which can be seen from the deck. First floor living with a microwave, mini frig, basic utensils and plates, a Keurig, guest wifi and a smart TV with cable give you all the comforts of home. High-quality linens await you, with extra blankets and pillows for your comfort.

Minutes from the property you'll find Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, Colonial Williamsburg, Harris Teeter, several local and chain restaurants, many public golf courses and much more.

Your hosts, Mike and Jaymie, want you to enjoy your time away and provide initial coffee pods, cream and sugar, and other little touches to give you everything a hotel could offer with the warmth of a private rental.

We really enjoyed our stay. The landscaping at Kingsmill is beautiful. Loved the patio and the view of the James River, and the short walk to the Mill for coffee in the morning. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We look forward to our next visit.

What a way to see Williamsburg!
What a beautiful place. From the grounds and resort like feel to the room itself, everything felt top notch! Had a small glitch when checking in and owner had it corrected within minutes. What a relaxing time we had! Looking forward to our next stay.

Historic Triangle
The condo was perfectly located between the historic sites. Kingsmill is a beautiful community and this condo had views of the James River off their deck. A perfect place to rest after a long day at the historic sites. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, and the bathroom with an oversized shower was updated. Also restaurants and shops are close by. We had breakfast at The Mill and dinner at the marina, both located within a short walk of the condo. Such a perfect spot! Cathy

Fall break
The only small issue is checking in for a gate pass- we were told at gate to go the main clubhouse for car hanger- the gentleman at the desk was kinda of short and wasn’t very willing to give us a car pass but I showed him our reservation and gave him your alls cell numbers so he could contact you- not sure if he did but no other issues! I appreciate the quick response to all questions/texts -

Perfect Girls Weekend
This property and condo are a perfect setting for a low key getaway weekend. Everything we needed was within a 15 minute drive, the unit was very inviting and provided a relaxing setting, and the entire property is quiet and secure. The patio offered a relaxing setting to sit and chat, the living space was perfect for quick dinners and drinks, and the shower had amazing water quality! I have never experienced an easier process of checking into a property. The owners communicate before your arrival, gave perfect instructions, and provided plenty of information for our stay. I highly recommend this unit!
