Our property sits right on the San Marcos river, with both shallow and deep areas, its a great place for swimming and fishing or just plopping a chair in the water and relaxing. Although its a big site, we only book to one family at a time so you can enjoy the whole place to yourself. They were so hospitable and attentive to all of our needs and went above and beyond! The tent was gorgeous and I love that it was right next to the river! There's many areas to enjoy a fire and eat on their property. The place had all the amenities you need and we'll definitely be back. Owners were very friendly and helpful and put a lot of thought into the property. Was really nice to walk done to the river and play in the water with our five year old. Right in the downtown area. Plenty of space. Just don’t think that you are going to be in the wilderness.
