"They were bought by the Hilton so they changed something’s. Bar and restaurant are open now and were very nice. No continental breakfast but we had breakfast downstairs and they give you a sizable portion. Food was good. Staff like always were very nice and our bartender. Carl made our visit even better."

"We stayed at The Hidden Garden for a three night bachelorette celebration. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing weekend with friends. There was more than enough room for the 8 of us, the kitchen has pretty much any amenity you need with high end appliances. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, amazing pool and hot tub! Great wineries right down the street. We didn’t want to leave! The owner and caretaker were very professional and accommodating. Would highly recommend this place for a quiet, relaxing getaway with friends and family. We will definitely be going back! "

"Hanford House is an inn located on Main Street (Old Highway 49) in Sutter Creek. There are a limited number of rooms on the First and Second floors (maybe six?). Not a bed-and-breakfast inn, but the Element restaurant is at the front of the structure. Breakfasts are not included in the lodging rate. We were given a $35 voucher to another cafe for the morning that the Element was closed. We stayed three nights. Our room was very quiet and we enjoyed our King bed. Shower and bath. There is no coffee machine in the room, but coffee is available in the morning in the lobby. Staff was very helpful and tidied up our room every morning. Expensive stay on weekends; a price reduction mid-week. Parking is limited and first come, first served."
