The property was nice and staff was kind. Very impressed with their ability to speak so many languages! It was a beautiful property but the room had some water damage on the walls. The buffet was repetitive but the city was a taxi ride away and filled with options for dining. The ATM was broken so be sure to exchange money prior to arriving. Overall a nice experience.

Our experience here was amazing and we are already planning to visit again next year. The staff are so kind and friendly and the animation team waa brilliant. They kept everyone entertained and my son loved them all. The pool is amazing its the biggest pool we have ever seen but was always kept clean and tidy. The grounds are always spotless and staff keep everything running so smoothy. We miss this place already!

We had a great time at the Riu. It was very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The food was good but could use a little more seasoning. Only thing I would recommend is that they have another pool on the property because it was way too crowded. The entertainment team was great but they should not present shows that make fun of other nationalities (i.e African and Chinese dance). Lastly male staff should not go into female washrooms to clean and if they must then they should wait until people exit and put a sign up or let people know they are coming in.

A good place but lacking a bit in the surrounding areas unless you go into Marrakech centre with the bus which is good but the last bus back is very early so you end up needing a taxi back anyway. Entertainment wise there is not that much to do other than swim in the pool which was very very busy most days. Having to get up at 7 am so that we could make sure we got a lounger as so many ppl put their towels on there was a bit annoying as wold have liked to have a lie in also. Food is ok not amazing although the booked restaurants were better. The drinks are very weak just FYI. Much weaker than any other all inclusive I've ever been too. The entertainment options were not really to our taste but many people really seemed to enjoy them. We were hoping for a proper show or something. The musician by the pool bar was really good though The staff were all really lovely and the hotel was very clean and we were treated very well at all times. Top marks for the staff and the room we got was absolutely stunning. Good hotel with few areas it could improve but overall we had a good time

For a 4 star I expected more from Riu. Facilities were fine though there were loads of cockroaches in your rooms and toilets. Hotel stuff were a mix, reception we fine nice and polite however many of the bar stuff mainly the younger generation were very rude and with of attitude. Also service for drinks was very poor, the limited to less a single shot and do not have much of a selection. If you going to be 4 star then you need to cater for it

The first room we had was in the 4000 building on the upper level, and the bathroom floor filled with water everytime we took a shower. Maintenance came three times in 2 days, but we could not deal with the sewage smell everytime we entered the room. After telling the receptionist we didn't want maintenance again she moved us to the 3000 building. The room was considered an "upgraded room," but it looked exactly like our previous room, just without the leaks and smell. All of the restaurants served the same breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner every single day. The food tasted okay, but were tired of eating the same stuff day in and day out. The lobby bathroom often had huge waterbugs/roaches running around and flying. The staff and entertainment was enjoyable, but what we liked most about the hotel was the free shuttle that took us to the "big square" and back. Overall, I've stayed at much better Riu hotels. This one thus far is my least favorite. Oh... Bring your own bottle of alcohol, because everything except the wine snd beer are watered down.

I love there I have just one problem the wi-if not York in the room and I told few times but they told me was fixed but never fixed I have to come out of the room to get wi-fi. The rest was very good a big thanks to the super good lady who clean the my room!! I will come again!!
