« We’ve been visiting Summer Haven for 21 years. Our normal place wasn’t available so we decided to try the “Beachfront Penthouse” condo. It is an older model as pictured, but very clean, kitchen decently stocked, quiet , and comfortable. The porch provides shade while enjoying the beautiful views. The pool was clean and an added bonus since it’s not something we usually have on our visits. The only down side for us was the 200 pet fee and our beach access from the condo was temporary blocked.
