"Nice clean room."

"We stayed here because I was running the Horseshoe Bend OCR. Our view was great (looking south across the desert), but the Hot Tub and Pool are closed for half the year, and were closed when we were there in April. A nice soak would have been great after the race. Breakfast was ok, just crowded (mostly foreign tourists). Would stay here again."

"Great room- we had a 2 queen and sofa bed room for 5 people. Room was spacious and very clean! The included Breakfast was great as well. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and would stay again if we’re back in the area!"

"Staff was nice and offered to give us another room when we found 2 used washcloths in bathroom. The rest of room looked clean so we stayed put. Later we noticed no shower mat. We only stayed one night and tried to call down for a late checkout as my husband wasn’t feeling well the next morning and our room phone didn’t work. Then my husband was stuck in the bathroom as the door latch stuck close and he couldn’t get out. He was able to use a room key card I slid under the door to luckily unlatch the door and get out. It must have been a prior problem as scotch tape had been put on the door latch. "

"The resort was clean and very beautiful the room for us really brought down the stars. It was maybe am average room. The hotel lobby was beautiful and amenities were great. Also when we got up in the morning though, we had no hot water. When we told the staff she said "yeah it happens because everyone takes a shower in the morning and then there is no hot water". To me, if you know that's an issue it should be changed."

"Loved the view! I was greatful they allowed us to bring our dog. Hotel was clean and nice. Great location!"

"Property was overall good. We entered into breakfast area around 8.30 AM and by that time most of the things were over. There were no fruits and coffee machine was broken. Else it was a decent place to stay overnight."
