The Wave Tours and Activities

The physical condition of the property is not well maintained and could use significant improvement. However, the staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. I would especially like to mention Maddie at the Front Desk, who was extremely accommodating. After a five-hour flight from Miami to Phoenix, followed by another five-hour drive from Phoenix to Page, we arrived at our assigned ground-floor room only to discover that the sliding door was broken. I explained the safety concern to Maddie, and he promptly assisted us by arranging a room on the next level. I truly appreciated his understanding and willingness to help, especially after such a long journey. His excellent customer service made a difficult situation much easier.

Beautiful and peaceful setting. The host made it very easy to find and order food to be delivered. It is far enough out to be a retreat but close enough to town for convenience and cell service.

Felt unsafe. Room had a very bad smell. To enter the room you had to go through hitel laundry room. They advertise as something and when you get to the place there is a big sign for dragons inn not what you see on expedia. Left the property 20 mins after entering the room and stayed someplace else
