"Upon arrival around 7:30 pm, we were greeted with a line that wasn't moving. Understanding that there were several major events going on, we were like ok. When we did finally make it to a staff member she was very nice despite the chaos. But once we arrived at our room, OHHHHHH BOYYYYY!!!!!! We had a quick reality check. We felt like we were "CATFISHED". The room smelled like it was old and musty. The stands were stained up and not wiped down. There was no iron or blow dryer. We had, a double queen room with only one towel, two washcloths and a shower towel. They only had two (2) tiny bars of soap, that was only enough for you to wash your hands. There were four pillows on one bed and three on another. The room was dusty. Could not sit all the way on the toilet because you would hit your back on the wash area. There was very, and I mean very little space to put clothes. We just kept ours in the suitcase. When we went down to complain about the towels and everything else, the guy was nice, but he said that he apologize, but the didnt have no towels, so he gave us two (2) hand towels and a couple washcloths. One of the hand towels was stained from look like make up. Nevertheless! We did not use that towel. Overall! Outside of the friendly staff. The hotel was not worth the money paid. Very disappointed. Especially after a wonder Concert."

"At 8:25 in the morning on the day that we were leaving, which happened to be a Sunday. Housekeeping staff knocked at our door and then entered our room and we were still in bed."

"Other than the bathroom door sticking and making it difficult to open and close easily (I mean, it really got stuck), room was great and fit our needs. Staff were pleasant, accommodating, and so helpful (shoutout to Jessica who checked me in!). Restaurant staff bent over backwards to make drink special requests, and beautiful smiles when serving our delicious food. Thanks for a great wknd! Close to all that Rochester has to offet!"

"You have to request to have your room cleaned. Young adults smoking pot in room and by door and nothing was done about it. Signage clearly stated smoke free property."

"Better than expected! We booked last Minute for a family reunion and are so glad we did. The home was SPOTLESS! Smelled fresh, and felt brand new the linens were new on all 6 beds for us with mattress protectors those were new too, we checked! You can tell the furniture is new from the looks feel and smell.I feel it's perfect for working crew, and long stays, or even traveling professionals, honestly felt like we could move in long-term.Photos are just as online but even better in person, the host was extremely responsive via website and especially by phone I feel it's an extra perk and quality high of service when you can get multiple ways of communication and they exceeded went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth. They even checked in on us the next day to see how our first night was. It was so peaceful and quiet safe and peace at mind, perfect lighting in the day and night, our family really enjoyed our stay. I will admit my kitchen got nothing on this place looks hand crafted, you can tell they took there time here in the designed, it's very spacious throughout the home, it stands out, different layout I've never seen. It's like 2 houses in one I feel like.Location was convenient to everything hospital down the road all stores and restaurants you can think of. We got around easily the entire trip it's literally in the middle of major events that occurs in Rochester. Great location worth every penny, and I would pay more for what it offers!"
