"This property was large, comfortable, and charming enough to house my husband, son, mother, mother-in-law, and myself while we were in town to attend our daughter's extensive graduation activities. The neighborhood was quiet. The house is very well stocked with kitchen items, linens, and laundry items. The property owner is attentive, responsive, and gives great advice. "Loved the home - it felt like being home at the end of a long day shopping and doing many things in town. Clean! Just wish the towels were ready and set in the bathrooms and instructions left on what to do with used towels and if the garbage should have been taken out. Basement was stinky. Other than that, wonderful place and setup - sooooo close to town and convenient!"

"When we arrived the VRBO was different than the one In the listing due to issues with the original, I wasn’t told this before checking in which would of been nice but overall not a big deal! Check in process was good, fast communication and good location. Very clean!"

"Overall a great price in a good place!!! We were on the go a lot so we didn’t need much. The seating in the living room could be more but not a big deal unless you’re planning on being there a lot. Bedroom windows could use some darker curtains to help with the morning sun. Again not an huge deal just an observation. Overall we had a great weekend and can’t complain."

"Our family stayed here in early May 2024 while in Boston to attend our son's college graduation. There were six of us in total with plenty of bedroom space for all. The house was clean, comfortable, and suited our purposes while we were in town. There is a spacious basic kitchen. The house is a renovated older home. Note that the house is on the second and third floors (there seems to be a smaller apartment on the bottom floor). You have to navigate a staircase to get to the second floor house...

"This is a beautiful home that is well cared for, clean, organized and comfortable. The location is perfect for walking to the harbor and into Cohasset village. The hosts were so accommodating, even leaving us a fresh bag of coffee and case of waters. The bedrooms were a great size with comfortable beds and bedding. We loved our time at the house and would love to stay here again."
