"2 very small rooms. The bathrooms is tiny. For 2 people is hard to get around. The place has been remodeled looks like a while ago. It’s all old and smells. There is no AC, no elevator. The place seems to be cleaned, but because it’s old it seems like dirty and musty. It is bay overpriced for what it is. "Great location overlooking Santa Lucia Hill. However, the street noise seemed to carry over even in high floors. Santiago is a bustling city. The staff are highly commendable - warm, friendly and helpful. Gave us a few good tips. Great service & communication in English. "
