"The location was perfect. Close to several great restaurants, marketplace, wine & spirits stores, and to public transportation. The rail station is a 15 minute walk one way, and the Thames River is a fifteen minute walk the opposite direction. The check in process was a little frustrating. I requested to check in early, but was told I need to reserve the entire previous day to check in @ 11AM. I did not receive the lock box code prior to arrival, so I had to contact the property management for...

"Hotel itself was nice and cozy but it was clearly short-staffed. The few present staff were super friendly though. Liked the fact that they allowed us to take our kitten there which made the whole trip far more enjoyable. The room we stayed was a spacious suite with a comfy bedding."

Continental.. not great when you are gluten free Arrived back at hotel about 1020 soaking wet but bar, lounge etc. all closed no staff around so couldn’t get a hot drink and dry off before heading to room. Despite this it’s a lovely little place to stay "
