"First of all, the staff is amazing. We came back from a cruise and arrived to the hotel around 9am and they worked diligently to get us into a room. The grounds are beautiful with palm trees, and the beach is a very short walk across the street. But the rooms are not great. There is black mold everywhere. The surfaces in the rooms were wet and I believe it was from the AC unit. Also, do NOT pay extra for a beach view or pool view, we got whatever was available both times that we checked in. The first day we stayed before the cruise, we arrived around 8pm and were giving a grocery store view. The second day I can understand because we just wanted into any room."

"My balcony faced another hotel’s balcony with thick wires hanging done in front and you could barely see the beach if you turned your head 90 degrees. The bananas at the continental breakfast looked like they had been to the war front! The were brown and damaged. Also, there was no bedspread. They only had a small piece of a bedspread covering the foot of the bed. The window shade did not block the sun and the room was too bright for sleeping. The shower leaked water all over the floor and was slippery and dangerous."

"Check in was a breeze, plenty of parking and the vie from the balcony was awesome. TV was nice and big refrigerator was nice and cold. Lots of choices for breakfast - eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles fruit, juice, good coffee, and all the usual breakfast items. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable with plenty of firm pillows. My only wish was to replace the chair with a recliner. We stayed 3 nights and totally enjoyed our visit."
