Beach Fun Breeze is in a choice location at The Maravilla that faces the ocean! This
means unobstructed views and the feeling of standing on the beach, salty breezes and
rhythmic waves included, while standing on your very own balcony. You can actually
enjoy the smoldering dance of light as sunset turns to twilight and never leave your
condo!
***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. You might hear some noise during the day from 8 to 5. All construction and noise from construction stops at 5:00pm.

▸ The best vacations include a good night’s sleep! Staying at Beach Fun Breeze is
no exception! The private bedroom has darkening curtains and a luxurious
Tempur-Pedic queen mattress that ensures quality slumber. You may choose to
sleep in the snug, tucked away bunk beds with individual lighting for those who
like to read before falling asleep. (all linens are provided). Enjoy a view from the queen sofa bed in the den.
▸Dogs are accepted but must be approved and $150 pet fee paid during the reservation process and registered a the complex upon arrival. Agressive breeds are not allow at this property.
▸ Enjoy your first cup of joe while watching the sun peeking over the water making
the sky blush pink, orange, and golden from your balcony. There is plenty of
seating with two pillowy loungers with footrests and the comfy two-seater wicker
settee. This ample balcony is also an excellent place to enjoy a tropical drink
(with a small umbrella, of course) as you gaze out at your sweet ocean view.
▸ Beach Fun Breeze is equipped with full size appliances, a microwave, and all the
utensils and cookware you need to cook your favorite meal, be it a romantic
dinner for two or a meal big enough for the whole family to enjoy. The Maravilla is
located conveniently close to several grocery stores.
▸ Feel like eating out? The Maravilla is located near many enticing local
restaurants, from casual dining to exquisite and formal. You will find something
for every craving. There is a listing of our favorites in the handy notebook
provided by the owners. Shopping and other attractions are listed as well.
▸ Tired of the beach and sand? We have three pools, a kiddie pool, a hot tub, and a
waterfall (Towels provided in condo). Or you may decide to use our outdoor bar-
be-ques and picnic areas. Sunbathers are welcomed by large lounge chairs by
the pools.
▸Ready to relax? Sit and enjoy a movie or two on the 4K HD Smart Fire TV with
Netflix, HULU, and HBO (subscriptions provided).
▸ There is an ice machine conventionally located in the 1st floor atrium in the middle of the complex.
Beach Fun Breeze has many amenities to make you feel right at home! A large
bathroom with a tub/shower combo, Keurig-K and Drip coffee pot, a charming
living area with couch, two armchairs, and bar with seating. Also, there is
abundant storage with a pantry, and cabinets in the kitchen and a large closet in
the bedroom. Remember Linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided.

We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund. Agressive breeds are not allowed.

3. Parking Information:
Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.
