We were there for the TXST/Longhorn game. Hotel was very convenient to 6th street, which is what we needed. Hotel was very clean and bed was very comfortable.
It was a nice hotel in a perfect location to get out and walk around Austin. The hotel itself had some maintenance issues, but it was it wasn’t a big deal. Breakfast area was impressive, and the pool was nice.
The staff on the 18th floor were very professional great attention to detail, the valet guys were awesome, the front staff did and amazing job checking us in and out. The only rant I have is t that our room wasn't cleaned not that it matters but we did go down stairs for a clean set of towels, other than that it was a perfect stay.
Hotel is in a great central location for visiting Austin, fairly priced, staff is very helpful. Soloman was great for getting recommendations from. Entire trip was great.
The hotel is in a convenient location. The first room we were in was warm even though we dropped the temperature. It just didn’t cool off. Asked to be switched to another room and the hotel staff was quick in responding and moved us. The new room was great until the morning we woke up and there was a puddle of water soaked in the carpet in the bathroom entrance.
really great stay overall ! staff was amazing and super helpful ! only thing i missed out on was there's no natural light coming in anywhere from the guest rooms.
It’s was my daughter’s 21st birthday and the entire staff, chef included, all signed a birthday card and gave her a birthday bag filled with goodies. Best experience !
Overall, our stay was okay. The hotel itself was nice and we didn’t have any major problems, but there were a few things that could definitely be improved.
The bed was VERY squeaky and made a lot of noise anytime we moved, which was pretty annoying. Breakfast, drinks, and snacks were also insanely expensive for what you get.
When we first arrived, the girl at the front desk wasn’t very helpful and seemed unsure of what she was doing, which made check-in a little frustrating. However, the Latino gentlemen who helped us afterward were AMAZING! They were super helpful, polite, attentive, and made us feel very welcomed. They definitely made our experience better.
Besides those things, everything else was good and we enjoyed our stay overall.
Clean room, Staff is nice, didn't try breakfast and didn't use parking. convenient location near a grocery store and target if you need basic necessities. Tiny bathroom and that's about it
