The rental rates have been discounted because upon arrival, you’ll notice that the exterior of the home has a shabby-chic appearance, lol, we love calling it that. This is because the siding was blown off, and our insurance company has instructed us not to repair until they grant permission. Unfortunately, the insurance claim is still pending, and we are required to comply with the insurance company\`s instructions. Please don’t be alarmed by the exterior! The interior of the home is absolutely gorgeous and in perfect condition. We truly apologize for any initial concern this may cause and thanks a lot for your understanding. Please note that all renters are required to sign a rental agreement prior to their arrival. The agreement will be emailed to you after booking confirmation. It includes all the key details that are already outlined on the listing site. No smoking/vaping allowed No parties, gatherings or renters over allowed occupancy Two dogs maximum are allowed.
