So this is tough because the owner was amazing and did a great job communicating. Literally nothing went wrong, the pool area was great, but the unit is very much just average. We were there for the Ironman race and it served its purpose. You just should know ahead of time that it’s very dated, appliances appeared to be painted to cover some wear, the furniture is literally SO cheap and uncomfortable, it literally was not possible to get cozy on the couch. The kitchen table was unusable and completely crammed in an unusable space. The breakfast bar had 2 chairs that were falling apart in front of it so you couldn’t use it. The decor is very random, but again, it was clean enough and the location was great. Just on a scale, I can’t in good conscience give this a higher rating. It was suitable but needs updating inside. Sorry. I feel bad because the owners great but I feel I need to be honest so people know what to expect.

The description of this property was a little misleading. 1) there are washer and dryers but not in the condo and they cost additional 2) there is parking but you have to pay for it 3) there is not a gym or fitness room/equipment as this property has been under renovation for some time I would say 4) towels are provided but not if you go to the pool or beach, you have to bring your own. I will say the grounds to this property are stunning and there were a couple of guys working on them every single morning we were there. Also, the communication from the owner was on point.

The location was absolutely perfect. An easy walk across the street to spend time at the ocean and beautiful pool facilities for when you wanted less sand. Communication with the owner was great and very responsive. It was great for everyone along to have their own bed! Would definitely stay again.

2nd stay here and had a great time. Great layout with plenty of beds. The only things i would change are blackout curtains in the bedrooms, rug grippers and an extra pan or two. Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back.

The stay here was great. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful, the pools were nice and everything was easy access. However, the elevator was slightly questionable, but the stairs weren’t too bad. The condo was clean for the most part, and was nicely decorated. All the appliances worked okay. One of the restroom door in the house wasn’t able to close properly and the towel rack fell a few times. Other than that everything else was fine.

Best condo at Maravilla!

The condo and view were spectacular. Very friendly and on call owner and manager. I’m sure I over bothered both of them! No complaints whatsoever. Great location too! We will definitely stay there again, if permitted as I forgot one of the most important checkout tasks! Starting the dishwasher. I’m blaming the other 3 “adults” for not double checking!

Cute beach condo

Condo was a perfect fit for our family trip, 3 adults and 4 teens. Condo was cute and exactly how described. Check in was efficient and easy. Cisi was very responsive and helpful. Wpuld definitely stay here again. Heated poil was a plus! Directions from the airport were accurate and easy to follow. Location was in walking distance to the pier and mini golf and a quick car ride tpPleasure pier, the Strand and restaurants.

Perfect for us!

Family vacation with 3 adults and 3 children. Condo was perfect. Heated pool was a hit with the kids. Location was great. Not too busy. Walking distance to the beach. Absolutely will look at renting here again.

Spring Break 2025

We had such a good time here! The unit was great! Cissi was an amazing host! The site was beautiful. Even though they were remodeling the pools were perfect and it's so close to the beach. The unit had all the things we needed, and they were honest about what was provided. We were having an issue with the shpwer temp and they fixed it quickly! We will definitely be back!
