THINGS TO KNOW Diamond Beach Resort charges an additional fee for the resort amenities, which varies by season and length of stay. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking. All guests count towards occupancy, regardless of age. Coffee is to be provided by guests. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 4. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Needs some tlc. Game room had broken games…needs repairing. We will visit resort again but probably not this condo due to issues. Beach wasn’t clean either. Kids loved the lazy river and pools! Tiles were falling off of spillovers between pools and cut hiney sliding over. Also ran out of parking so we were told to park in the back. Got a ticket.
