Front desk staff, concierge, the lifeguard Alexandro, and the site maintenance staff are all so kind, helpful, friendly and attentive. The restaurant was amazing and the service was perfect. They organized a boat into town for us and it was a beautiful boat ride at night both ways. Very nice to see the Ortigia / Syracuse city lights at night. The rooms are modern and there are two types, one level with your own outside seating area or the two storey with a sitting room downstairs, your room upstairs and a balcony with a seating area outside overlooking the courtyard. The grounds are spectacular and the pool is heavenly. Everything about this...
