It is not a 4 stars hotel. The hot water stopped working and we were informed that the showers had to be very fast or we would have to wait for the heater to heat it up again.

The property is great. Located near Mt Etna and wine country. The rooms are very nice and the restaurant is exceptional including all of the restaurant staff. If I had one observation to improve it would be the attentiveness of the front desk staff. They are not always available and do not always respond ti email.

"The pictures online do not give Mangia Brucoli justice. It is more beautiful in person. Our room had Mt. Etna views that were breathtaking. We had breakfast included and wow it’s amazing.
