Large room and balcony, staff on welcome desk friendly and helpful. Well equipped room facilities. Great idea of honesty bar and Lola the robot was quirky. Room top garden beautiful. It was disappointing that some furniture was broken or ripped. The spa was 40 euros each to use which we were not expecting. There is no pool.

Really cool modern hotel with robot butlers. Fun idea but a little scary! Another good idea was their honesty bars, saves on paying staff I assume! The spa was brilliant, well priced for all day access. The food was really tasty for breakfast and it’s on until 11am. Perfect tor lazy chilled days, they left rose petals on our bed as it was our honeymoon which was a lovely touch. It was a 35 minute walk from the centre of Syracuse and taxis are squirt expensive, there is a bus but we didn’t bother with it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Roof bar was chilled out. The private balcony only had two lounger chair and two of us stayed. I’d suggest having too to encourage more usage.

I liked the breakfast and gym. The rooms felt dirty. We received damp towels with mildew, and worst of all, they tried charging me extra for spa services and for alcoholic beverages which I did not participate in/have. I didn’t appreciate that.

Great service. We were initially given a smaller room which was difficult for us to maneuver around with out luggage but the hotel was very accommodating and moved us into a bigger room the next morning. Loved the fact they remembered it was our 25th anniversary trip and welcomed us with some Prosecco! Lovely large terrace off the room but with limited views. Gorgeous rooftop terrace that is just not utilized by anyone while we were there. The hotel should promote this more and possibly run dinner and a light food menu as well on the rooftop to make it more inviting for guests to go and use. Overall a great stay!

Property look good on pictures. Till we arrive. It start with location between flats pretty far from anything. Then we walk in. Unbelievable. Dirty worn out old. Staff was nice then we get in room. Carpet super nasty dirty in hallways. AC was not working. Room it’s small super basic all it’s old worn out. I never slept on more uncomfortable bed ever. And I travel a lot . Because ac was not working and no fan we open window. What a mistake. With in minutes room was full of mosquitos. We wake up at 2 am and don’t go sleep it was impossible. Save your money. It’s not worth it Oh up stairs lounge it's close Worse stay from entire Sicily I was thinking go sleep in my car In one point On positive note breakfast was ok And they try to charge me for room service. What I got knife and empty plate lol literally to cut up fruit It’s bizarre place huge potential But it need lot of work

The best part of this hotel is the property. The private beach, the pool and views. The breakfast that is included is excellent and the restaurant is refined. The hotel and furnishings are a bit dated but the hotel is clean and well maintained. Only thing that’s a negative is that you really can’t walk to anything. You need to drive or take a shuttle to go anywhere.

“Syracuse is a magical city. This hotel is about 20 minutes from Ortiga ( the main attractions or the historic island, ) but we needed a place with parking since we were driving from Palermo to Syracuse. It’s very easy to get from the hotel to other places, and finding a parking spot is not a problem.”

Really nice *with a couple of minor reservations)

Lovely hotel, in great condition with really nice and helpful staff on reception. Breakfast seemed good but somethings were lost in translation - I ordered an omelette but never got it. My wife ordered an Americano but got a cold coffee. We dont have any complaints however. €20 taxi trip to Ortigia though, which is expensive - and you have to visit Ortigia.

Eccellente Colazione, tutto prima qualità, servizio perfetto e ampia scelta. La camera non meritava il titolo di ”executive” ricevuta dopo un free upgrade da una camera “easy”. Era una camera standard con dotazioni standard. Staff professionale e perfetto, gentile e disponibile. Non abbiamo potuto visitare la spa e nemmeno fare un massaggio per indisponibilità, era full. Per il resto è stato un piacevole soggiorno. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Très jolie hôtels, avec un personnel au petit soin. Très bon petit-déjeuner, qualitatif. Superbe roofsky avec une décoration épurée et végétalisée. Chambre sommaire dans la décoration. Et salle de bain pas du tout opérationnelle. Pas de porte ni de rideau de douche, ce qui entraîne une innovation à chaque douche.

Punti di forza: sicuramente tutto il personale ma proprio tutto, la colazione eccezionale per qualità e bontà dei prodotti sempre freschissimi e cucinati al momento, il roof come oasi di relax e gli honestly bar. Non ho provato la spa. Punti negativi: la moquette dei corridoi ha raggiunto uno stato di non ritorno e le stanze meriterebbero un leggero restyling in particolare le docce con soffione altissimo che inevitabilmente genera allagamento ad ogni doccia
