"They gave me a key to a room that was not cleaned yet. I had to tell them... and then leave... and rhen come back while they cleaned. The room had a very strange smell. I paid for a late checkout but got a call at normal checkout time telling me I had to leave. I had to tell them I paid extra and they said ok but at that point I felt very uncompfortable so I left. "

"The hallways were very loud. The hotel pool was shut down, no towels available while in there."

"Great hotel. Very clean and new, but minimalistic on purpose. For example, no clock in the bedroom or coffee maker. But they have better coffee 24/7 down in the lobby. I would go back."

"The hotel was extremely clean and pleasant. It’s locally located and the $50.00 valet parking was worth it. The bar & restaurant was open at 4 PM and was lovely …. but empty. Ice water was available in the lobby, but coffee was not offered. The room was clean and very quiet. I was very happy there even though there was no microwave/hair dyer or ice machine available. The “hotel store” was useless."
