Rooms were very clean and quiet. Staffs were very helpful in general, and vehicle used for transfer to Disney land was classy. Hot spring was awesome and relaxing. Restaurant food were great quality. Overall highly recommended.

It is at the Bund and it’s near everything! The location is perfect. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and very helpful in translations. 100% highly recommended if it’s your first time traveling to Shanghai.
