"Had a great time"

"We reserved a regular room and were given a smoking room. The attendant told us it was the last room. Therefore, they didn't respect our reservation as they gave our room away to someone else. The bathroom was terrible. The toilet seat was chipped and the handle on the faucet on the sink was broken. There wasn't even a hair dryer."

"The property is well maintained. Looks nearly new. My room was spacious. They gave me a disability room however I loved it. Bathroom was large. Sitting sofa had light fixture without a lamp. Room missing ice bucket however I told checkout about it. Only one plastic cup in room. I was given a first floor room and mentioned to check in staff I don't prefer first floor. She made no change in accommodation only we discussed I did not have in my requests. Due to room I could not open shade as people could look in. It did have an opaque 2nd shade but people could still look in. Breakfast room and food was great."

"Breakfast was fresh and good quality. Small bar is comfortable and friendly. Staff is great. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. I stay here whenever I am in Nashua. Large indoor pool that kid's love. Great Chinese restaurant walkable in nearby strip mall."

"Over all the hotel and room were very clean. only complaint is the bed was like sleeping on spring coils and thin plywood, the bed was covered with a flat sheet( we expected to find something under it, did not). Bathroom was a little on the small side compared to a different DoubleTree we stayed at. The Shower leaked from the shower head and water pressure was low. Highly recommend the Hotel upgrade to a better mattress. Would stay again, but will ask for a different room if the mattress is bad."
