The best part of this hotel was by far the breakfast buffet - Lots of choices and it tasted good. The property otherwise seemed run down and needed a good deep clean. The fish tank in the lobby was a deep green color and I couldn't help but to feel really sorry for the lone surviving fish in it. The room needed a deep clean as well; Food crumbs in the corner and the tissue box was in disarray. It looked like it had been cleaned in great haste, yet I only saw one other guest in the hotel the entire time I was there, so it didn't seem to be because of a rush for turning rooms over. All in all, I got the hotel room at a discount and I figured I got what I paid for.

Staff double charged my card which tied up my trip money, fish tank so filled with algae you couldn't see the fish. Lobby furniture soiled and dirty. Towel rack in room broken. Chips out of desk. Grease spots on floor. Shower scum on doors plus shoer floor very dirty.

I was displaced from my Home after a Weather event and decided to stay at this property. I do not expect much from a room other than a few items. There was no coffee maker Iron or ironing board in room even after I called front desk and asked for them. Room was never cleaned the 3 days I was a guest. Poorly managed property. When i walked in i almost fell do to water being all over yhe floor. Staff just looked at me like it was my fault. Lady at the front desk was not nice an acted like we were an inconvenience to her. Building was dirty pool was nasty they had NO towels. When we asked for pilows an blankets for the pull out couch bed they said they did not have any so made for a bad night. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!

Checked in late. Enjoyed seeing the fish. Fish was cool, I want to know its name. Vanessa was also cool. She talked to us about pizza. Very nice and clean room. Will stay again next time I'm in Lubbock.
