"Excellent breakfast, very clean room. The bar was very good although they had advertised 2 complimentary alcoholic drinks with the evening welcome snacks, apparently the state of MA does not allow this so i bought a glass of wine for $7. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice to know. My biggest disappointment was the check in process. I had booked online for 1 night and paid with my "Chime" card, my plans changed soon after so I messaged the hotel (through their site) and requested a second night, preferably the same room. I have yet to receive a reply. I additionally sent another message requesting an early check in, guess what? I have yet to receive a reply. I went back to Expedia and booked another night and when I received the hotels confirmation, inviting additional requests I responded by telling them that I would like the same room as the previous night. Yeah, you guessed it, I have yet to receive a reply. At this point a reply will not be needed. When my wife and I arrived to check in I was told that an additional $100 was required to cover "incidentals" I gave the receptionist my Chime card and she informed me that the hotel did not accept Chime cards, nor would they accept cash (this is illegal according to my Google search). Ultimately I transferred money from my Chime account to another card and was able to pay for my "incidentals" then I was told early check in was not available and I should return at 2PM. "We liked the hotel but it is a little different from what we are used to. A little industrial verses warm and cozy. Staff were great and continental breakfast was typical items and good. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. My issue is the bathroom. No counter space or cabinets to put anything on and my biggest issue was the water pressure. It wasn’t good. Overall it was a good stay but not necessarily one we would go back to. "
