"The Leta was absolutely splendid. The room was so spacious and beautifully decorated. We sat at the Bar for hours. We enjoyed fantastic craft cocktails, savory appetizers and enjoyed a live performance from a talented singer songwriter. The ambience was perfect - we sat outside under twinkle lights near the beautiful sparkling pool. Can't wait to return."

"This was such a great home to host 12 women for a great weekend in Santa Barbara! Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and we had so much space to get ready. Everything was as described and host was very responsive. 100% recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The home was very well kept, thoughtfully maintained, and had so much charm. Everything felt clean and cared for, and the property itself was lovely.Communication with the hosts was excellent throughout our stay. They were responsive, kind, and easy to work with, which made the experience very smooth.Unfortunately, we happened to visit during a heatwave, which made things more challenging than expected. The property does not have air conditioning, as noted in the listing, but given the unusually high temperatures, we unfortunately were not able to comfortably use the entire property as we had originally planned. We also experienced a minor ant issue, although we suspect this was more related to the extreme heat than anything to do with the property itself.Overall, we really appreciated the beauty and care that went into this home, as well as the excellent hospitality and communication. Under more typical weather conditions, we would absolutely have enjoyed being able to take full advantage of everything the property has to offer. We would happily recommend it to others."
