"This is my second stay at this property. My first day was perfect. This day, however was very disappointing. When you pay for an ocean view room, you should be able to see out of the windows. One of the windows was absolutely filthy. I’m confident this didn’t happen overnight and it should’ve been addressed by their maintenance long ago."

"Service and staff were excellent. Only issue i had was the rooftop pool. Someone should be there to keep an eye on the seagulls. They were swimming in the pool and as they flew off, they left their droppings in the water. Once I saw that, I couldn't let my children in for fear of ingesting that disgusting water. Now imagine if I didn't see that and my whole family to include a 2yr old entered the pool."
