"The townhouse was exactly as listed. It was clean and had all the essentials. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our dog also enjoyed her stay. There are steep (uncarpeted) stairs to get upstairs to the bedrooms, so be sure that everyone in your group ( including the dog) is able to handle stairs. A great weekend away. "

A couple things I would suggest is more seating for if you have more then a couple people hard to eat and relax in the living area. Other than that was a nice vacation for us. Thanks again!"

"We had the absolute BEST time at the house. The house is absolutely gorgeous and everything was so clean and clean and tidy and it is a one minute walk to the pool and 5 minute walk to private beach. It is so close to go-karting for big kids, we did a pontoon boat nearby, jungle jims water park for little kids, Rehobeth for rides and Cape Henlopen for waves. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, my family loved it! Communication was impeccable with homeowner, can’t thank him enough!!!!"
