We had the best vacation here! They have restaurants right next door, a coffee shop/ bagel bar, a bar right next door. And the exit of the hotel led right to the boardwalk. The room was beyond clean, the room was big and more like a furnished apartment than a hotel, with an oven, full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes and all! The beds were comfortable, we had a little deck off to kitchen, and a beautiful ocean view from a large community balcony that guests can hang out on. The owner/ person in charge at the front desk was beyond accommodating. The staff was so friendly and we were greeted with a big warm smile every time we saw any of them! I highly recommend staying here. The pricing is so reasonable too! We will be returning here every year for our vacations!!

Both my wife and I are in our mid seventies. Our unit was on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
As soon as you enter the building you are hit with a musty smell and a damp, clammy sense. Same thing in the unit itself.
One dining room chair was broken.
The vent over one of the beds hung down a few inches precariously held up by tape.
The door to the balcony patio had a one inch gap to the threshold.
Hot water for showers was lukewarm at best.
