"Found difficulty activating the tv, instructions not very easy to follow...gave up in the end"

"Our family came to Boston from Arizona for my son's graduation. We had a lot of moving parts and used public transportation to get around. We were on a very tight timeline and asked Katelyn for an early check in. Once she found out it was for my son's graduation, she knew this was an important milestone and did her best to accomodate us. She was so helpful and friendly. I made a point to stop by and meet her in person to say thank you. She is a rockstar!"

"Clean room, unfortunately the TV didn’t work"

"Say something positive: the staff was nice, both at reception and the shuttle drivers for the airport service. Otherwise the pictures are deceptive! The place is not very clean, there were stains on the linens, dust everywhere and the floor was sticky. The building is wedged between a residential neighborhood and the extremely busy and noisy road. Eye masks, earplugs and tolerance for subpar conditions are in order if booking here. I will spend more money next time and get a cleaner room that also reflects truth in advertising."

"Stayed on room 511 on top sounded like dragging stuff all night I called front desk they said they " will " call them, noise continued we had a 5 year old and 4 month baby she didn't sleep."

"The restaurant was closed due to renovations, and we had to pay an extra $150.00 to leave our car for a week, and I thought we had the sleep park and fly package. Room was excellent, and staff were excellent as well."

"Great room, nice breakfast, A+ on shuttle service. Very prompt, on schedule both ways. Nice stay before morning flight."

"The room was clean with a very limited amenities such as soap or towels, the staff was careless, at the check in the guy made me wait because he was on personal phone call on his cell phone, this property should remove “breakfast included” because there was no breakfast except for a coffee machine that had no coffee with couple muffins thrown on the counter and that’s it"
