Great location. Floor in room was a bit dirty/not properly vacuumed. The next door room had access to a balcony that linked to my window so it was a bit of a privacy issue. Front desk service was ok. Breakfast options were decent

Rooms are very tiny, but nice. The hotel is somewhat hard to navigate with luggage. The location is great, easy access to public transit and very nice looking neighborhood.

I had a wonderful experience at this exceptional hotel. The staff members were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel breakfast was delightful. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel due to its outstanding service and the delightful breakfast experience it offers.

As Canadians we are used to somewhat larger accommodations, so the room size can be little jarring. But the washrooms are good size, and bed was comfortable. Staff very polite and helpful, complimentary breakfast adequate and the neighborhood is wonderful. Close to restaurants, convenience stores and the underground. Thanks for a great stay.

The property itself was fine, I find it's more like a BNB and I have stayed at a number of them before both in London and other areas. The building was nice, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The neighborhood was quiet and it was very close to public transport. The reason for the 3 star was the room was very noisy with people coming in and out of the building and up and down the stairs. It was very hard to sleep. I would assume it was where the room was located, I really don't think there should be a room there at all, it was just off the main reception area on the first floor and the staircase was above the bathroom maybe if we had stayed in a different room the experience might have been better.

Great place to stay and good value. The continental breakfast was good and kept well stocked. The staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

A lovely building and wonderful staff. The room was clean and pretty. Only minus here is that the sound insulation wasn't the best (from outside) due to ageing (but beautiful) windows.

December trip
I had a lovely stay the room was immaculate, spotlessly clean the staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and I would definitely recommend everyone to stay there. It is so convenient to get anywhere from Nevern Square A lovely Edwardian Garden Square, very quiet Regards Laurence

What a nightmare! Got a rude awaking at 7.45 with bottles clanging. For over an hour there was a building banging away in the next bedroom. When my checkout is 11am I expect to have a nice layin and enjoy the experience and to top it off is upgraded to a luxury room. Very disappointed and staff miserable

The location of the hotel was very good situated in a lovely residential area but within walkiing distance of the tube and kensington museums. The hotel was of a high quality in its presentation and cleanliness and the staff were very helpful. I will stay there in the future and recommend others to do the same.

It was quiet at night (except for noisy flooring to be expected in an old London hotel) and quite small but exactly what to expect for an inexpensive room. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and working. The air conditioning was top notch and quiet as well. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Lovely place to stay! Staff were helpful and it was in a nice quiet area with easy access to central London from the local tube station. Continental breakfast was more than adequate to start the day.

Room was completely different to advertised. Situated in a basement. Water dripping from aircon unit in the room off the entrance. The room itself felt damp and airless. All the hotel gas done is stick a four-poster bed in a basement room, then advertise it as a large room with a view. Completely dishonest. When I complained they argued with me. I travel a lot. Easily the worst hotel I've stayed in. Avoid at all costs.

Dear Neil,Thank you for your review.We are very sorry to hear that your stay with us did not meet your expectations.Our hotel offer many categories and rooms are located from -1 level up to 4th floor.The specific category which you reserved is called Four Poster room and all our websites( Expedia too) have photos of all rooms available in this category including the room you stayed in.The room description also says that rooms are located below ground level and a min size, not advertised as large.The room which is advertised with view and has a Four Poster bed is called Pasha suite, the second biggest room, which is not the category you reserved.Leak which unfortunately happened when you checked in was unexpected and was already resolved.I am very sorry about our member of staff, but she was just very surprised, with all information provided, because our staff know which photos and descriptions are advertised specifically for categories which have rooms below ground level, since we know that lower ground floor rooms are very common in London, but not in other countries.The hotel main photo is the Pasha suite which doesn't mean that all rooms are exactly same, that is why guests have option to select from different categories and each of them have included all photos available in that specific category.Please accept our sincere apologies for all the inconvenience caused.

Very nice hotel located close to a tube station (Earls Court), offering good value for money, great service and a lovely free breakfast. What's not to like! Oh, and the room even had a lovely balcony with a patio, which was very enjoyable on a warm evening with the laptop and a bit of music. Perfect.

Lovely Stay
A lovely stay as always but the hotel is beginning to look and feel a a little tired, hence a wonderful refurbishment to take place which will be fantastic for Thais lovely Hotel in the heart of London. I look forward to staying there again in the near future.

Centrally located to tube station, easy to walk, taxi not needed. Concerns: This is dangerous Lights on timers and in bathroom will go out regularly when you are in shower. In addition, stairwell if you are in upper level room. Aesthetics- Rooms could use cleaning attention around baseboards and windows. This is typical of a majority of properties. Window treatments need repaired. Beds comfortable. Bathrooms clean. Nice size, good shower water pressure. Nice breakfast with selection of cereals, pastries, toast, with meats, cheeses and yogurt, fresh coffee, cappuccino, juices.
