The customer service was incredible. The team was very responsive to our inquiries and needs and when we had an issue with the cleanliness of our room, they were immediately willing to make the situation right.
We did have issues with the cleanliness of the room - specifically the bed area. The mattress was pretty gross and dirty, and didn't have a mattress cover. There was nothing alive (ie no bugs or anything), but it was just gross and we felt pretty uncomfortable. We found an grimy dental pic in between the mattress and the cover, and it seemed like that the mattress hadn't been fully checked in some time. When we called it out to the staff, they were responsive and took action. It seemed like they were immediately taking steps to make sure this sort of thing didn't happen again in the future.
