The room was adequate as I was only staying for one night. There was a ceiling fan which was needed as the central heating was on quite high. The one negative with the room was that the shower wasn't very warm. The member if staff on duty didn’t know where I could get a meal in a pub nearby. I did find the shower cubicle a bit tight but it was a small room. Receptionist 24/7\. Breakfast available if needed. Microwave not in room but can get to use hotel’s microwave. Downside, heavy traffic area, can hear the traffic at nights. Was told to be careful in the neighbourhood when walking. People in the nearby shops were very helpful. No elevators but got help to carry my suitcase. Hairdryer available from reception area. No bed side table or table to eat in room as it was a small room. Fridge/ceiling fan in room. Tea and coffee provided in room daily. Older building. Bus ride to the tube station. No restaurants nearby but small take out places for food. If you are on a budget and don’t plan on being in the hotel for long periods of time it’s ok.
