Perfect hen do/group trip solution

I booked the two top floor (4 bed) rooms for my sister's hen party and it was the best decision of the whole trip. The rooms were lovely and big, super clean and very comfortable. We checked in late in the evening after the receiption closed but they left really great, clear instructions on how to get in and the keysafe so it wasn't a problem at all. We found the location to be amazing. Just a few minutes walk to the nearest tube and bus stops including the open top tourist bus which we used to get around the city scenically. One of our party forgot her coat in the room after we'd left and the staff were amazing about keeping it safe for us until one of us could return to London to pick it up.

Not as nice as photos would suggest,but still fine

Compact room, I suppose that is to be expected for London, but was smaller than the photos make it appear. Despite this, the room was well equipped, using good space saving solutions so that the room offered more than you would expect. A few things needed some attention, like the sliding door to the bathroom, but overall, good value for money and close to a couple of tube stations and right next to Hyde Park.

Excellent small room with kitchen facilities, close to all amenities, less than 5 minute walk to Hyde park and 25 minute to Oxford street, newly refurbished and good value for money. Reception really helpful. Stayed here for 2.5 weeks and would highly recommend

Helt ok «hotell»

Smal og hard seng, støy på nettene, vanskelig å se hvor vi skulle gå inn pga dårlig skilting. Bra at de hadde smart tv (netflix), var nærtme togstasjonen og hadde wifi. Det var renslig, utenom det store dusjhode- det var skikkelig skittent og ble ikke brukt av oss.

Excellent location for the underground and local shops/restaurants and also access to Oxford street, Covent Garden. Lovely property. The studio was perfect for me and my 2 children - compact but so well equipped. Very clean, quick check-in. Very nice bathroom with lovely shower! It was perfect for our 3 day trip to London. Accomondation at a great location&at a great price

Steps away from Kensington Gardens, tube stations (Paddington, Queensway and Bayswater) and bus stops, MStay39 is a top pick if you are happy with a good night sleep in a tidy room at a convenient location. Arriving early you can leave your luggage in the locked luggage room. We stayed in a three bed apartment (2 adults, 1 tween, with our carry on luggage). The room really was tiny, as expected, but it was just what we wanted: clean, easy, affordable and with a convenient location. The room has an iron, a hairdryer and three full sized mirrors (important for the tweens). The bathroom shower was really good, albeit in urgent need of cacl removal and the bathroom itself is nice. Shy-bladdered people prepair: the sliding door makes a loud noise when moved, but does nothing to your noises.. :/ Cleaning every day by the lovely lady who even did our beds and dishes. Our greetings to the hotel: - there really is no need to change towels every day, if they are not on the floor, so please stop replacing them :) - please see to the shower heads - a bigger bin would be nice

I stay here often. Great to have an espresso machine, fridge etc. Somewhat noisy from a neighbour with child? A little attention to maintenance is necessary.

Very decent aparthotel

Very convenient and practical aparthotel with a great location in Central London (near Paddington). Staff was very friendly, and all amenities you need are just outside your door. The wifi is fast, and it was modern and comfortable for London.

nice accomondation for attending a class

Had 3 person room with kichenet shared with a friend for 8 nights. Everything worked well, room is clean, bed is comfortable and they have everyday cleaning. Only thing is that the room is very packed. We managed with two persons and relatively small luggace but 3 adults could have been a bit much. Sure depends what you are used to.

Great place will stay again

Check-in a breeze friendly staff. The room was small but compact no table to eat at or work from but everything worked well the bed was comfortable, showers powerful and hot, coffee machine a nice extra touch. Very little noise at night so slept well. And it has a lift so no struggling with cases up sheer stairs, yay! This is the best hotel apartment I have stayed at in Baywater and I think I have now stayed at all of them. No charge to leave bags - bonus.
