Central location but lacks character
I generally stay at Hilton whenever i travel and I was a little surprised by this hotel. The breakfast was no where near as good as other Hilton's and i had to wait a good 10 min for an omelet and they didn't even get the ingredients correct! The room on the executive floor had a whirling wind sound which i only discovered around 2 am and 'although' i could 'change' my room, who really wants to get up, change and complain and move rooms at this time? The water that is usually complementary wasn't in the room when I checked in and was added much later in the evening as if the room had not been properly prepared. The good news that when i checked out, it seems the staff took notes and said they'd look into the complaints but will most likely stay at the other Hilton or even consider trying a competitor, although I generally like the other one and especially the bfast!
