Worst Hilton I have ever stayed in.
Water pressure in hand basin was minimal. No hot water in hand basin during mornings and had to boil a kettle to get water to shave. Fault never rectified.
After three days of asking sound at an acceptable volume level was eventually restored to the tv.
Housekeeping staff never knocked when entering room (embarrassing !) and missed cleaning room on one of our four days stay. Had to ask for this service on returning to the hotel one evening. Had to constantly ask for more tea and milk for the room.
Access keys to the room kept loosing data with resultant lockout. Yet another trip down to reception to complain!!!
