Nice above average hotel not a 5star hotel

Pros: Central location, cleanliness
Cons: Security
Hotel is very nice. This was my fourth visit. A lot of business travelers and families. I don't like the security because I feel you can walk right in the door and the staff will hold the door for you.

Payment Overcharge.

I was overcharged £329 without my knowledge by the hotel. They took the payment without authorization after check out and have still to repay me.

Beautiful location...but worst night sleep ever

Was checked in quickly by friendly staff who upgraded me and my husband to a newly renovated room because I was pregnant, which was very kind. The room was clean and stylish with a lovely view of Hyde Park Corner. The bathroom is spacious with a separate bath/shower (which is a must for me) . The only thing that lets this room down is the absolutely TERRIBLE bed. The bed was already worn out for an apparently newly renovated room. worn down to nothing, it was like sleeping on ply wood. Needless to say we didn't sleep well and I woke up with the sorest ribs. Another thing is that I would expect a prestigious hotel such as themselves to provide there guests with complimentary bottled water... Just a thought. I wouldn't return to this hotel for the sheer fact that for the price per night I would at least expect to feel well rested in the morning and not like I'd been sleeping on the floor.

Pros: Location
Location: Just across the street from Hyde Park and very close to the underground.
They allowed us an early check-in, which was very nice. The hotel itself and the room were very beautiful. The staff were mostly pleasant. Our only complaint is the cost of food and beverage in the hotel--very expensive! Otherwise, we had a very nice stay. We would definitely stay here again but wouldn't dine in the hotel due to cost.

Nice hotel near everything

We had a nice wonderful experience but you need to stay at a deluxe room or higher like executive room, always ask for renovated rooms in higher floor.

Great business location

Cons: Nothing, it all worked as expected
Location: loved the location, convenient for what I had to do in the city
experience always good, the concierge found us a pub showing the superbowl! excellent service

Pros: Location is great, very close to Hyde Park Corner and the tube. The staff is great. The facilities.
Cons: The maintenance of the corridors could be improved
Great hotel, great experience. the room are spacious and clean. The hotel staff is very helpful and welcoming.
