The room was dated and had stains on the carpet none of the electrical items had a sticker on the plug to prove they had been PAT tested some plug sockets were loose on the wall. Bed linen was clean but beds were very firm. People were arguing outside at the next door property until the early hours. People were smoking outside too. I was given entry codes & shown to my room. There was no quick show around or explanation of tea/coffee facilities, garden, communal spaces - NOTHING!
