Very convenient for Hyde Park. Excellent pub The Swan nearby. Gorgeous breakfast and very clean.

Very small but comfortable room. Kind staff. Thank you to the woman who offered to make hot chocolate for my son!! He loved it and it made our stay extra special. Thank you!!

We stayed here for about a week. The staff was very helpful. The room was very small but it was clean and tidy so I didn’t mind much. Only down side is we didn’t have air conditioning but we did have a fan so it was doable! The free breakfast was a nice bonus but was very basic as most continental breakfasts are.

A small hotel in a converted Victorian building. The rooms are small and functional and the price is right.

We had a very pleasant stay, Georgiana at the front desk was very friendly and extremely helpful with anything we needed . The other staff members were also helpful, we had to leave early one day and they made a brown bag breakfast to take with us. The breakfast was good , if you have issues with your knees request a lower floor as there is not a lift and there are quite a bit of stairs. Rooms are small but comfortable.

We had a great stay at the Caring hotel. Very satisfied with most eveything - clean, friendly & helpful staff, convenience of the good continental breakfast. When the basement triple room (next to busy breakfast room) wasn't ideal for our 1st night, we were offered to move to an upper floor for the next 2 nights which was great. Would definitely stay again. 😊

A short walking distance from Paddington station. The reception was very friendly. The surroundings were very nice, the whole architecture in the vicinity was attractive.

First impressions were not great from the outside of the hotel and the reception area was not that welcoming yet once in the room you could not have asked for much better and the location of the hotel was superb for all London’s attractions. The double room was very well presented, with excellent décor and well maintained plus it contained all you require for a comfortable stay, smart TV and speedy Wi-Fi together with the whole hotel being spotlessly clean and due to its location in a residential street was very quiet. The continental breakfast was good, though the coffee was appalling. All in all an excellent hotel in the heart of Bayswater.

Short Stay - Lovely Staff
My sister and I stayed on a Saturday night in early December in a double room. We checked in late at night and the staff on reception were lovely. The reception area was warm and inviting. Our room was small but the space was well used and we had everything we needed. The bathroom was beautiful. On checking out, the lady at reception was very helpful and gave us directions to the tube which was a short walk.

Got this hotel for a bargain price and very happy with it. It's small but adequate. The room we had was a deluxe twin - the twin beds were on wheels and the room was spacious so we could move them. No frills but for the price I paid I would happily stay again in the same room.

Had a great experience, stayed 3 nights and can’t complain about anything, except the bathroom was a bit small, but definitely not a major issue, would stay again. Fantastic location and very close to multiple train stations.

I am enjoying my stay at this hotel. The room has everything you need, including safe, flat screen TV, modern beds. The pillows and bedding are excellent. The bathroom is so clean and has modern mirror and 2 heads shower. The staff is so welcoming and pleasant. Continental breakfast has everything you want . Will be coming back for sure!

We stayed for one night and had a basement room which was a reasonable size and clean. The bathroom window and the vent wouldn’t shut though so it was very cold in there - as it was just one night we made do also doubled as a fridge for our drinks. Staff were always friendly and we could leave our bags after checkout. The area itself is quiet and close to two tube stations plus Hyde Park. I thought it was a bit expensive for what it was but London is gon’ be London.

I booked a double bed. The room was not big enough for 2 people. The pillows were enough for one and not 2. Room was clean I was on the top floor and there are no lifts. I did struggle.

A stuff named Villia was extremely mean. She requested me to exchange a tower while asking an additional tower; she grabbed away my drinking glass when I didn’t realize the breakfast was half hour late on weekends; she asked me to pay for my breakfast before she understood our room change situation. She never approached me to apologize. The front desk staff, Atef Tair is very nice and very helpful.

I only stayed at Caring Hotel for one night. It was nice enough for just that. It definitely gives motel vibes, so if you're looking for something fancy, this is not that. I was on the bottom floor and the walls were a little thin down there. Other than that, the staff was really nice and helpful and the space was overall clean. It's in a nice area that I didn't get to explore much since I was leaving the next day. All in all, not a bad hotel.
