I had a nice stay here. The room I was in was quiet with the exception of one night when noise carried from the patio below, which is important to me as a light sleeper. Area is nice and convenient, less than 15 min walk to a train station with lifts and direct access to Heathrow and about the same to the V&A and Natural History Museums as well as Kensington Gardens. Only knocks were that the gym facilities were really lacking (3 machines and 1 was broken) and the layout means there’s no direct lift access to some rooms. I carried a heavy bag down a flight of stairs which was difficult so if you have accessibility issues, you should let them know so they can accommodate you. Overall wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

While the room was clean, staff very helpful, and the lobby was nice, the halls and rooms showed significant wear and tear. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room quite warm (aircon dials didnt do anything).The shower was great and the room was quiet. It was less expensive than neighboring properties which is appropriate. I would stay there again if the price was right.

A really lovely hotel that exceeded my expectations. I have only two tiny quibbles/suggestions: provide larger, fluffier pillows (I would even pay for such an option), and equip rooms with one or two USB ports. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation and happily stay again!

This is an older converted hotel that you'll need to drag your luggage yourself up and down some steps to the small, crowded street below. Very limited on-site dining and there are no self laundry services. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Gloucester Rd. train station and about 5 minutes to a grocery store. Room had a portable heater and a/c which was very noisy. Staff was excellent and property was clean. Be aware that if you use their suggested car service, it is cash only. Would rather try a different place next time.

Wonderful hotel located in centrally located Earl’s Court. Three minute walk to Underground and restaurants. Staff pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
