Great location, walkable to victoria station, Buckingham palace, Big Ben, westminister abbey etc. Friendly staff, good breakfast, and easy check-in process. The rooms are controlled by an IPad which was cool. There are only 2 drawbacks, first, the bed is against the wall, so you have to crawl over the person in the middle of the night. Second, the bathroom is not private, obscured plastic is surrounding it but you can still see in and hear everything. With that being said know your hotel mate well before booking. Other than that a good experience.

There is no customer service. You have to check yourself in and make your room key. You have to Check yourself out. The bed is up against the wall. You have to be a gymnast to get in and out. There is no electric outlet in the bathroom and the hairdryer has a very short cord and the outlet is near the floor. You have to be 3 feet tall to use the hairdryer in front of the mirror in the bedroom While much of the hotel is high tech there is no USB ports in the room.

I love the location. Good breakfast, very close to the Victoria Station and few minutes from the Palace. Room may not be super big but very comfortable and modern. Staff very nice and polite! Will sleep there again if I happen to pass through central London

The property was clean, modern, colorful and happy. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Coffee was exceptional. Rooms are small, but clean and have everything you need including a refrigerator drawer. We would definitely choose citizenM again.

I heard good things about this chain from a fellow traveller, so I decided to give it a try. I had a great room, the food was good, service was great and it was a really convenient location at a reasonable price. Wins all around! For a senior such as myself,the modern style of the hotel i.e i-pads to work lights and blinds was a little bit confusing and did not suit my taste. But the young staff on site were very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful and clean hotel with friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Love the modern decor and high-tech controls of the lights, curtains, temperature, and TV. Location was on point; close to restaurants, Victoria train station, major sights are walkable. We highly recommend!
