nice budget hotel, very convenient for St Pancrass, the hotel was very clean and reception staff was very nice and helpful, we would certainly go back there again , rooms are a bit small but it was very good for one night stay, we enjoyed it.

Friendly , clean , functional and extremely convenient for Eurostar and links across London. Small quaint historic terrace No lift, rooms are not suitable for large amounts of luggage , but fine for overnight flight bags . Will definitely stay again 👍

Room was very small, bathroom only for people average size. Bigger people wouldn’t be able to seat on toilet or get to shower. No elevator in the building . Basically hotel is not accessible for all people. The best from all this was front desk staff. It was ok for few nights stay , but l won’t be back to this property

Not the most comfortable bed but its practical and It's perfect location for Kings Cross / St Pancras Station which is what we needed.
