"Rooms are not cleaned regularly. They change towels, if needed, and empty garbage daily, but more thorough cleaning is every four days. Decor could use an update. Staff is generally nice. Pools seemed to be kept clean and never seemed crowded. I would stay again for the right price but wish rooms were cleaned more often."

"The staff were very kind and helpful. Selection of restaurants and coffee shops in immediate area were excellent as we did not have a vehicle for three days. Everything was within short walking distance that we would need for our stay. We were happy to have a shuttle from the hotel to Epic Universe, and even though there was one offered to Universal Studios we decided to take the short walk ourselves. We would stay here again for sure."

"I will say, the staff member who checked me in was an absolute delight. He’s a younger gentleman, and he was very helpful and kind. My biggest concern with my stay is that I arrived late after flying into Orlando to catch a connecting flight in the morning. I just needed a place to sleep. Upon arrival to my room, I walked into an odd stench.. it almost smelled like cat urine. The room was pretty clean but pretty underwhelming at the same time.. they did provide a car freshener hanging from the ceiling to help with the smell, which obviously didn’t help much. I’m not sure if all the rooms are like this, but mine certainly was. The only reasonI didn’t request another room or request a refund because it was one in the morning and I only had to sleep for a couple of hours before I had to leave. "

"We had double beds which of both were box springs, haven’t slept in one of those in years. We could not get the room cold enough no matter what we set the temperature at, including continuous fan. Cold water in the sink/shower was hot, hot was scolding. We ordered food poolside the staff forgot half of it, we used the messaging app and we still haven’t had a response (currently 3 days). This was a first time at this resort and for sure will not return. "
