We asked for a tea kettle to make hot water for tea and the front desk said it would be delivered but it never was. The shower head wasn’t great either. My expectations for a hotel of this caliber were much higher. It was very clean and the staff were very nice. Overall it was a decent stay but I was hoping it would be better.
