"The communication and ease of checking in and out was great and it was in a very convenient location. The beds were awful though. Very old mattresses that felt like an air mattress and made noise when you moved at all. Extremely flat uncomfortable pillows. Nobody in my party was able to sleep well. I would highly recommend replacing the mattresses and pillows as it is not expensive to buy decent ones at places like Walmart or Costco."

"Family get together for an event at Colorado State University's Canvas Stadium. The home is located within walking distance of the campus/stadium, many restaurants, and downtown shopping. Very comfortable and clean with a beautiful remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds and AC for a great night sleep. Would highly recommend for your next adventure to wonderful Fort Collins! "
